To help you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, here are a few suggestions for your session:
What to Wear
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
Warm layers (your body temperature may drop as you relax)
Socks or slippers to keep your feet warm
Avoid restrictive clothing, belts, or anything uncomfortable when lying down
What to Bring
Everything you need for the session will be provided. However, if you prefer to bring your own items for added comfort or warmth, you are very welcome to do so.
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A pillow or cushion for your head and extra support
A blanket to keep warm and cosy
An eye mask if you enjoy blocking out light
Water for after the session
A Notebook & Pen (Optional): You may like to bring a notebook and pen to jot down any reflections, insights, or feelings that arise during or after the session.
Anything else that helps you feel comfortable, such as a bolster or favourite blanket
A Few Extra Tips
Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
Eat lightly beforehand and avoid heavy meals immediately before the session.
Feel free to use the bathroom before we begin, as the session is designed to be uninterrupted.
Waiver: Please complete the waiver and consent form before the session begins. Thank you for taking a moment to read through the information and help us create a safe and comfortable experience for all.
Phones Off: Please switch your phone to silent or turn it off before the session begins to help maintain a calm and uninterrupted space for all attendees.
Most importantly, come with an open mind and no expectations. There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.
✨ The intention is simple: to create a space where you can rest, reset, and reconnect.
