Join us in Manly for an immersive Sound Immersion experience, held within a beautiful heritage church with calming energy and breathtaking acoustics.
This special Supporting Men's Wellbeing session is an invitation to slow down together. Bring your father, brother, son, partner, or a male friend free and introduce them to the restorative benefits of deep rest and nervous system regulation.
Research shows that men are less likely to participate in wellbeing activities or seek support for their mental health, despite experiencing higher rates of suicide in Australia. Sometimes the most meaningful way to support someone is simply by inviting them to pause, rest, and reconnect.
Through soothing sound, gentle vibration, and immersive frequencies, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of balance.
